Whether it’s an early morning espresso, a sophisticated business lunch, a cozy «Zvieri» or a dignified dinner in the evening, our Scala is guaranteed to be the right choice.
Our sun terace is opened from 08.30 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. (depending on the weather).

Restaurant au Premier
In our au Premier we pamper our guests daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am with a rich breakfast buffet and freshly prepared egg dishes. This means that you can start your day completely relaxed and enjoy the view of the lively Davos promenade with your morning coffee in the winter garden.
In the evening, our hotel guests enjoy fine casual dining in au Premier. In other words, exquisite meals as part of the half-board.
Our kitchen crew focuses on quality and freshness, but at the same time devotes a lot of creativity to the interpretation of seasonal classics as well as the trend for vegetarian and vegan nutrition.
Important: Due to its dignified atmosphere, au Premier is an ideal location for various events. We are happy to take your request.

Tonic Bar
The Tonic Bar is the meeting place at Hotel Europe Davos when you want to round off an eventful day in style. In an elegant setting we serve classic drinks, creative signature cocktails and a carefully curated selection of spirits. Whether it is an aperitif before dinner, a nightcap after a day in the mountains or a drink with friends, our bar provides the perfect setting.
Comfortable armchairs, warm lighting and the historic interior create a relaxed lounge atmosphere that invites you to stay a little longer. Hotel guests and locals meet at the bar, share tips for the next day and enjoy the special atmosphere in the heart of Davos.

Salon Holsboer: Our hidden treasure
Our cozy lounge is the perfect place to relax after a long day in the mountains. We are also happy to rent out our salon for all kinds of events, including a live DJ on request. And everyone who likes to smoke a cigar is very welcome in our Salon Holsboer smokers’ lounge.
